What is Brunch and How We Do It
Brunch is a combination of breakfast and lunch eaten usually during the late morning to early afternoon, generally served from 10am up to 2pm, and regularly has some form of alcoholic drink (most usually champagne or a cocktail) served with it. The word is a portmanteau of breakfast and lunch. Brunch originated in England in the late 19th century and became popular in the United States in the 1930s.
Now days brunch has become a weekend ritual in most major cities in America. It is very common to see hundreds of young professionals walking the streets on Saturdays and Sundays looking for their favorite brunch spot.
What makes the perfect place to enjoy this amazing late morning/early afternoon meal? Well first it is the perfect mimosa (champagne and orange juice), preferably bottomless. Second it is the food, a must is waffles, well cooked eggs, bacon (please have other options than pork for all dietary needs) and any other food you think works!
OG Creations believes that brunch should also be a fun experience, so we will always provide great music and activities to keep the party going. We look at brunch as a sport! So let the best man/woman win!
